The cookbook

What if the flavour didn't have to take all day?

My mother cooked the long way, and it was magnificent. But most of us are cooking on a Tuesday, after work, with what's in the cupboard. So I started writing down the shortcuts — the ones that keep the spice and lose the hours.

  • Indian fusion, built for real weeknights
  • Every recipe with room for your own twist
  • Photographed and laid out by hand
